CLAN CAMERON ASSOCIATION SCOTLAND

WELCOME TO THE CLAN CAMERON ASSOCIATION SCOTLAND

Thanks to all members for their support at the 24th Oct. 2009 AGM. It is an honour to be your new President of the Clan Cameron Association, in this its 120th year. With the support of the council and members I look forward to an exciting future of the association.

The CCAS Coat of Arms was granted in 2003 and features the Clan colours of  red and gold. These are termed “gules” and “or” in heraldry. Thus we have “gules, three bars or, two Lochaber axes in saltire surmounted by a targe after the pattern carried by Lochiel at Culloden”. The Gaelic motto “Aonaibh ri Lochiall” means “Unite with Lochiel”
