The planning group thought that it might be a good idea to suggest to clan members that they meet at the Moorings Hotel Banavie on Thursday 30th July in the evening. The idea is that it would be an opportunity to meet informally and have a drink and possibly a bar supper. In the early evening from 6.30 until 7.30 Alan Cameron, President of the Clan Cameron Association Scotland and Ronald Cameron from the Planning Group will be at the Moorings to meet you and to help sort out any problems you may have.

From Fort William, take the road north in the direction of Inverness. Turn left at the signpost for Mallaig  (The Road to the Isles) Carry on for about 2 miles until you come to the bridge across the Caledonian Canal. The Moorings is on the right on the west side of the Canal.
